Dimpy is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Commerce Graduate. She started her professional journey in 2019 and has gained extensive, blended experience working with practising company secretary firms as well as a law firm.
During her tenure, she has actively worked on mergers and amalgamations, capital restructuring matters, and handling transactions and compliances for various startups — including a leading unicorn fintech company and its group companies. Her experience also extends to voluntary closures, revivals, and resolving complex disputes within companies.

Yash is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a Commerce Graduate, and a Law Graduate. He began his professional journey in Mumbai, honing his expertise within a prominent practising company secretary firm, where he independently navigated secretarial compliances for a diverse clientele of listed and unlisted entities — including high-profile IPO assignments in the gaming and cash management sectors, among others.
He subsequently joined a pharmaceutical company, where he assumed a pivotal role in orchestrating its entry into the main board, leading two pre-IPO placements and an issue subscribed nearly 55 times. His tenure there was also marked by strategic acquisitions, including the integration of a listed asset navigating the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code via the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
